Rachel Caruso

Rachel Caruso has extensive experience in management and operations across various industries, including hospitality and education. Currently serving as General Manager at COJE Management Group since September 2022, Rachel has previously held positions such as Assistant General Manager and Manager at bartaco, where significant contributions included opening multiple restaurant locations and enhancing guest experiences. Prior experiences include working as an Intern Guidance Counselor at Nashville Christian School and a Food and Beverage Manager at Holston House Nashville, where Rachel played a key role in launching TENN Restaurant. Rachel's earlier roles also encompassed client services and marketing positions in academia and event planning, showcasing a strong foundation in operational management and customer service. Rachel holds a Master of Education in Counselor Education from Lipscomb University and two bachelor's degrees in Sociology from Auburn University.
