Head Of Finance

✍️ What You’ll Do as a Head of Finance:

• Ensure completion of all finance and tax compliance: ensure the company follows all financial and tax laws and regulations

• Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and forecasting: manage the company’s budget and financial plans to ensure financial stability and growth

• Prepare and present monthly financial reports: create and share monthly reports on the company’s financial status with management.

• Ensure annual audited reports are accurate and completed timely

• The controllership role involves overseeing daily financial operations and processes, ensuring accurate financial records are maintained, and supervising all financial tasks to guarantee financial integrity and compliance

• The Treasury Management role ensures the company has enough cash to meet its needs by managing day-to-day financial operations, optimizing working capital, and maintaining financial stability and efficiency

• Conduct financial modeling and analysis: use financial data to create models and analysis, playing an active role in supporting business decisions and making recommendations to the CEO/Board/Management

• Handle corporate secretarial duties: Maintain corporate records and ensure compliance with legal requirements

• Oversee external audits: coordinate with external auditors/investors to review the company’s financial records and practices.

✅ We’d Love to Hear from You if You Have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with a Proven track record in finance roles with progressive responsibility

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting with Brevet A and B certificate

• Experience in both Big 4 accounting firms and corporate setting environments

• Knowledge of finance and tax compliance with an In-depth understanding of financial regulations and tax laws across Indonesia and Singapore

• Demonstrated ability in managing cash flow and optimizing working capital

• Excellent budgeting and financial forecasting skills

• Experience Skilled in coordinating and managing external audits
