Cindy Jansky, SPHR and SHRM-SCP, has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Cindy currently works as a Talent Management Consultant at Collaborative Strategies, Inc., where they are responsible for executive recruiting and talent management consulting. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at HLK, a prominent advertising agency in St. Louis. Cindy played a crucial role in ensuring the company's recognition as a Top Workplace in 2020. Cindy's tenure at Centene Corporation spanned over two decades, during which they held several key positions. As the Director of Marketing, they collaborated with business leaders to address complex issues and implemented successful marketing strategies. In their role as the Vice President of Human Resources, they oversaw the HR function for all divisions and focused on talent management programs and talent acquisition infrastructure. Additionally, they served as the Director of Human Resources, leading the HR strategy during a period of rapid growth and spearheading the implementation of separate Training & Organizational Development and Compensation & Benefits functions. Cindy's career at Centene Corporation began as a Manager of Human Resources, where they established the Corporate HR function and managed all aspects of HR. Cindy initially joined the company as a Human Resources Administrator, where they consolidated HR policies and procedures for the company.

Cindy received their Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in December 2004. In 2015, they obtained their SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
