Jennifer Jacobs is the Chief Customer Experience Officer and site lead for the Lehi, Utah office. She leads the Member Advocates, Claims Processing, Plan Operations, FMP, and Care Navigation, teams. Jennifer joined Collective Health in April of 2019 to launch the Lehi, Utah office, which has grown to over 400 employees. She is passionate about delivering an amazing experience to members and clients through highly engaged employees. Prior to joining Collective Health, she worked at eBay and GE leading operations, analytics, and finance teams.
