Tyler Young

Tyler Young has a diverse work experience. Tyler is currently working at Collective Health in a partnerships role starting from November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Diversified Insurance Group as the Director of Strategy and Engagement from December 2019 to November 2021. Before that, they had a role in Blue Shield of California's Shield Emerging Leader program from 2016 to 2018, where they gained cross-functional skills and saved $10 million through managing concurrent RFP's. Tyler also founded and served as the CEO of Kelvin Kids, a physical subscription service for early STEM education, from November 2015 to July 2016. In 2014, they were an MBA student at Brigham Young University, specializing in Innovation and Marketing and receiving various accolades, including the Williams Entrepreneurial Scholar award. Tyler also had leadership roles in the Miller Competition Series and Entrepreneurship Club. Tyler briefly interned at Kaiser Permanente in 2015, assisting in strategy development and implementing tools to increase team productivity. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at GoEngineer as a Senior Support Engineer, providing technical support for 3D modeling software and contributing content for the company's blog and social media. Tyler's earliest work experience was as a Cell Culture Intern at the Dr. You Han Bae Lab from 2010 to 2011.

Tyler Young has a diverse education history. Tyler obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Brigham Young University between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Utah from 2007 to 2011, where they pursued a degree in Biomedical Engineering.
