Philip Rissler

Philip Rissler is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and data analysis. Currently serving as a Custom Development Subject Matter Expert at Collective Intelligence Inc. since January 2016, Philip instructs .NET and Java Boot Camp training. Prior to this role, Philip was a Sr. Programmer and Team Lead at TecPort Solutions from March 2008 to October 2015, where recognition for exceptional data analysis was received from Wayne Coyne, a retired NAVSISA Director. Philip led the development of the award-winning Security Cooperation Management Suite (SCMS) portal and designed the Iraq Common Operating Picture. Earlier in their career, Philip held positions as a Sr. Software Engineer at KnowledgePlanet and a Field Communications Representative/Analyst at American Airlines, where Philip played a key role in telecommunications automation. Philip earned a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems and Computer Science from Langston University between 1991 and 1995.
