Janelle Barbisch has over twenty years of work experience, beginning with their role as a Customer Service Representative at North Shore Bank in 1996. In 1998, they joined the United States Marine Corps as a Marine. In 2000, they began working at T-Mobile as a Lead Engineer, Enhance 9-1-1 Team, South Region, and later as a Network Subsystem Tech. In 2013, they were a Registered Nurse at St. David's HealthCare. From 2014 to 2017, they were a Registered Nurse Case Manager at Kindred Hospice. In 2021, they became a Regional Account Executive at CarePort, powered by WellSky™. Currently, Janelle is a Customer Success Manager at Collective Medical a PointClickCare Company.

Janelle Barbisch is currently in the process of completing their Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree in Informatics at Western Governors University. Prior to this, they earned their Bachelor of Applied Science in Nursing (BAS-N) degree in Informatics from Western Governors University in 2020. In 2012, they obtained their Associate of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Austin Community College.
