Rachelle Cartaño

Rachelle Cartaño, CSSWB, currently serves as a Senior Operations Manager at Collective Solution since February 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing program management and client success. Prior to this role, Rachelle worked at iQor from June 2018 to February 2022, initially as a Readiness and Revenue Ambassador, later advancing to Operations Manager. Rachelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, completed in February 2007.
