Alfonso Galan

Alfonso Galan has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as Head Chef at College Chefs, LLC since December 2015 and at Meat District Co in Pasadena since June 2014. Prior to these positions, Alfonso held the role of Executive Chef at Red White and Bluezz from March 2013 to March 2014 and worked as a Chef at Madeleines Restaurant Wine and Bistro from April 2008 to March 2009.
