Pattie Thomas

Pattie Thomas is a Professor of Sociology at the College of Southern Nevada, achieving tenure in 2017 and advancing to full professor while focusing on inspiring students and promoting the sociological perspective in public discourse. Pattie began as an adjunct instructor in 2008 before transitioning to a full-time, tenure-track role in 2013. Additionally, Pattie co-owns SINdustry CITY, a digital media production company, since 2004. Academic credentials include a PhD in Sociology from the University of Florida and a BA in Psychology and Women's Studies from the University of South Florida.
