Jasmine McCain

Jasmine McCain, M.S., is an accomplished professional in recruitment, training, and program management with a focus on enhancing college access and community engagement. Currently serving as the Recruitment and Training Manager at College Possible since September 2021, Jasmine develops recruitment strategies, manages communications, and leads programs aimed at student and employee retention. Previous roles include High School Program Coordinator at College Possible, where Jasmine supervised AmeriCorps service members and recruited underrepresented high school students for college access programs, as well as Residence Life Coordinator at Midland University, where Jasmine managed staff and trained Resident Advisors. With a Master's in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor's in English, Jasmine combines educational expertise with a strong background in event coordination, marketing, and community partnership management.
