Alexis Aldrich

Alexis Aldrich, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a People and Operations Specialist at College Recruiter since April 2021, following a role as a Customer Service & Implementation Specialist. Prior experience includes serving as a Culture & Experience Coordinator at Torrent Consulting and a Payroll Specialist at PetVet Care Centers. Alexis has held multiple payroll and billing positions across various organizations, including AccruePartners and Red Ventures, and has experience in market analysis and account management. In addition to a strong foundation in payroll and operations, Alexis co-founded a teaching venture and has an educational background in Business Administration and Management from Central Piedmont Community College and the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
