With a background in leading teams and developing customer success programs, Laure has experience in building customer success teams, driving change management, and fostering collaboration. Laure has also held positions at Oracle, Taleo, and INNOVATEAM, bringing a wealth of experience in customer success and consulting services. Laure holds an Executive Certificate in Digital Business Leadership from Columbia Business School and a Master's in International Business Management from École Supérieure de Commerce Et de Management - ESCEM.
