Aditi Gupta

Aditi Gupta is a seasoned engineer specializing in continuous improvement, currently serving as a Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer and Operations Team Lead at Collins Aerospace since November 2020. Previous experience includes roles as an Operations Leadership Program participant at Raytheon Technologies, where Aditi completed rotations in various engineering and operations positions, including an Industrial Engineer at Collins Aerospace and an Account Specialist at Pratt & Whitney. Aditi's foundational experience includes internships in industrial and systems engineering at Rockwell Collins, along with teaching experience in programming and robotics.
