Charlotte Emerson

Charlotte Emerson has a strong background in the payments industry, with experience in various roles at Collinson and Visa. At Collinson, they worked as the Commercial Director - Strategy & Pricing, EMEA, where they were responsible for managing relationships with major clients and leading key commercial negotiations. Previously, they served as the European Commercial Director, overseeing the P&L for Collinson's retail and B2B Travel Experiences business in Europe, Middle East & Africa. At Visa, Charlotte worked as a Relationship Manager, Client Services Analyst, Support Services SME, and Resource Coordinator, where they developed strong business relationships with clients and managed their essential needs. Charlotte also played a key role in the development of the V. me by Visa program.

Charlotte Emerson earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History from the University of Warwick from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, they participated in the Erasmus Programme at the Université Blaise Pascal (Clermont-II) - Clermont-Ferrand from 2006 to 2007.
