Christopher Andrews Sr.

Christopher Andrews Sr., MA, PHR has extensive experience in the field of human resources and training. Christopher has worked at The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation, where they held various roles including Executive Director of Human Resources and Director of Talent Management. Additionally, they worked as a Training and Organizational Development Specialist at the same organization. Andrews also owned and operated North American Training and Leadership Development, where they provided leadership training in various industries. Prior to that, they served in the United States Air Force as a Senior Master Sergeant/First Sergeant, where they provided training, career development, and leadership advice to personnel.

In 2007, they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Workforce Education, Training and Development from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Following this, they pursued further studies and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Education and Human Development with a specialization in Human Resource Development from The George Washington University in 2011. In addition to their academic achievements, Christopher Andrews Sr. also holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, which they obtained in 2008 from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
