Bobby King

Bobby King has a diverse range of work experience in various HR and leadership roles. Bobby most recently held the position of Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Colorado Acc. Prior to that, they served as the SVP and Chief HR & Happiness Officer at the YMCA of Metropolitan Denver. Bobby also worked as the Director of Diversity & Inclusion at Kaiser Permanente, Colorado Region, and as the Chief Human Resources Officer at the City of Longmont. Bobby has experience in the tech industry as well, having served as a Senior HR Director at Western Digital and as the Colorado HR Director at Seagate Technology. Additionally, they have experience in directorial roles at the Longmont Area Economic Council and as a Deacon at Crossroads Baptist Church. Bobby's expertise spans various HR functions such as talent acquisition, training and development, compensation, and community relations. At Oracle, they served as the Americas Human Resources Director, responsible for HR support services in the U.S. and the Americas.

Bobby King has a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Tennessee State University. Bobby also holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
