Warren Dukes, PhD, has a diverse work experience in the fields of sociology, criminal justice, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Warren currently serves as the Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at United Way of Central Indiana since May 2021. Prior to that, they held the positions of Sociology Lecturer and Academic Program Manager at Purdue University from 2016 to 2021. Additionally, they worked as an Assistant Professor of Criminal Justice at Saint Augustine's University from 2001 to 2016.

Warren Dukes, PhD has a strong educational background in the field of criminal justice. Warren obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from North Carolina Central University. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Michigan State University. Finally, Warren Dukes completed their academic journey by earning a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Leadership Studies from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
