Phil Reed has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in managing financial operations. Phil worked as the CFO at Colorado Access, a non-profit health maintenance organization, beginning in August 2005. Prior to that, they served as the Controller for the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing for over 7 years, where they also managed the Procurement Office and Human Resources.

Phil Reed obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a major in Accounting from Colorado State University, where they studied from 1978 to 1984.
