Ginny Hogan

Ginny Hogan, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ginny is currently the Co-Owner/Broker at Willow Realty LLP since 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Colorado Premium Foods where they held various roles, including VP of Warehousing and VP of Human Resource and Safety. During their time there, they implemented human resources initiatives and strategies, improved supervisory training, resolved conflicts and complaints, and developed employee relationships and benefit compensation solutions. Ginny also standardized benchmarks to measure attendance, training, cost per hire, and labor cost, highlighting the value of the human resource department. Before joining Colorado Premium Foods, Ginny worked at the Weld County Assessors Office as a Transfer Title Technician, where they were responsible for listing, classifying, and valuing properties, maintaining public records, and certifying values to taxing entities.

Ginny Hogan, MBA, obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Colorado State University in the years 2011-2014. Ginny also completed their Teacher Licensure in Secondary Education (Communication) at the University of Northern Colorado from 1999-2003. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the same university from 1999-2002. Ginny completed their high school education at Prairie High School from 1992-1996.
