Karen Church is currently the VP Research & Data Science at Intercom, where Karen leads and scales the global Research, Analytics & Data Science function. Prior to Intercom, Karen worked at Yahoo as a Senior Research Scientist & Research Manager, leading a team focused on Native & Mobile Ad Analytics. Karen also founded HER+Data, a community supporting women and individuals who identify as female in data-related fields. With a PhD in Computer Science from University College Dublin, Karen has a strong background in research, analytics, and data science from various positions in both industry and academia.
