Eli Ben Zohar has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Eli started their career at ECI Telecom in 1993 as the ACCESS Client Manager Department Head, overseeing the department for ten years. In 2001, they became the Electro-Mechanical Production Manager, responsible for the production and delivery of various product lines, managing four teams of 120 employees. From 2003 to 2005, Eli served as the Tactical Purchasing and Subcontractor's Director in the Optics division, handling the division's shipments, managing the purchasing team and subcontractors, and overseeing the FLEX logistical operation in the United States. From 2005 to 2007, they were the Director of Material & Order Manager at ECI Telecom, where they were accountable for purchasing, import, and shipping processes, as well as managing the distribution of raw materials to production sites worldwide. Between 2007 and 2012, Eli joined Ceragon Networks as the Director of Inbound, where they managed international and local subcontractors, the tactical purchasing team, and the operation of international and local RMA repair centers. In 2015, they took on two roles simultaneously, becoming the Purchasing Manager at ColorChip and the Chef & owner of Trattoria La Brilante.

From 1990 to 1993, Eli Ben Zohar attended Universitat Ben Gurion Ba-Negev, where they pursued a degree in practical industrial engineering with a concentration in marketing.
