Cynthia Bergeron

Cynthia Bergeron has over 30 years of experience in the banking sector, currently serving as the Correspondent Banking Manager in the Treasury Department at Umpqua Bank since December 2004. In this role, Cynthia manages all correspondent and Nostro relationships and serves as the primary contact for these financial relationships, overseeing the establishment of accounting processes, agreements, services, and internal department collaborations. Additionally, Cynthia plays a key role in acquisitions, mergers, and their integration processes. Prior to Umpqua Bank, Cynthia worked at U.S. Bank from September 1992 to August 2004 in various capacities within operations, including serving as a liaison for corporate accounts, where responsibilities included tracking and reconciling issues related to client transmissions.
