Kimberly Hauze is a highly experienced banking professional with a robust background in finance, strategic performance management, and operations. Currently serving as VP, Production Incentives Director at Umpqua Bank since May 2017, Kimberly oversees production incentive plans and manages program support from design to implementation. Previous roles at Umpqua Bank include VP positions focusing on frontline strategy and incentives, as well as managing performance tracking systems. Before joining Umpqua Bank, Kimberly held leadership roles at BenefitHelp Solutions, managing membership accounting operations, and StanCorp Investment Advisers, where responsibilities ranged from operations management to marketing analysis.
