Gabriele Wenzler

Gabriele Wenzler has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Gabriele started their career in 1988 as a Referentin für Weiterbildung und Personalentwicklung at MBB. Gabriele then moved on to EADS, where they held the roles of Projektleiterin Veränderungsprozesse Personal und Führung and Personalreferentin from 1991 to 2000. Following that, they worked as a Personalreferentin at Natus Europe GmbH from 2003 to 2013 and as Leiterin der Regionalstelle München (komm.) at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Personalführung e.V. from 2014 to 2015. Since 2016, Gabriele has been working as a freelancer, taking on the role of Repräsentantin der Region München für die DGFP e.V. as well as providing personalberatung services. Gabriele also spent some time as the Head of People Operations, as well as working in HR strategy and talent management at COMBERA GmbH from 2016 to 2023.

Gabriele Wenzler attended Universität Passau from 1982 to 1987, where they pursued a degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre and obtained a Diplom Kauffrau.
