Andy Cracknell

Andy Cracknell has a strong background in human resources, with a focus on HR operations, employee relations, compensation and benefits management, and strategic program implementation. Andy has experience managing teams, overseeing day-to-day operations, and handling conflict resolution. Andy has worked in various organizations, including Combined Jewish Philanthropies, The Trustees of Reservations, Bay Cove Human Services, Community Servings, Neighborhood Health Plan, and Keane, Inc. Andy Cracknell obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from Northeastern University between 1986 and 1992. Later, they pursued a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management at Northeastern University from 2004 to 2006. Andy further expanded their educational background by completing a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management at Emmanuel College (Boston) from 2007 to 2010.
