Andy Cracknell obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from Northeastern University between 1986 and 1992. Andy further expanded their educational background by completing a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management at Emmanuel College (Boston) from 2007 to 2010.
