Amy Haegele has a strong background in the banking industry, with work experience spanning over two decades. Amy began their career at Mercantile Bank as an Analyst from 1995 to 1999. Amy then joined Commerce Bank NA in 1999 and worked there as a Contact Center Manager until 2013. During their time at Commerce Bank NA, Amy consistently achieved high levels of customer satisfaction and won a national award for three consecutive years. In 2013, they took on a new role as the AVP, Contact Center Strategic Sales Manager at Commerce Bank, where they led a team in developing new initiatives to support the bank's consumer loan portfolio. In 2016, they were promoted to VP, Manager of Talent Development at the same company, where they currently hold the position.
Amy Haegele completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Corporate Communication and Organizational Studies from Fontbonne University between 2010 and 2013. Prior to attending Fontbonne University, they also attended Lindbergh between 1990 and 1994, although their degree and field of study are unknown for this period.
