Kevin Kynerd

Kevin Kynerd is currently the President and CEO of Bradford Building Company, Inc. Kevin also holds the title of Principal/Management Committee at Jack Brown's Joint Development Partners, LLC and Founder/Principal at 30A Investment Partners, LLC. Additionally, Kevin serves as Chairman of the Board and Director at CommerceOne Bank and Director at The 30A Company. Kevin previously held the position of Director at Progress Bank until its acquisition by United Community Bank in January 2023. Kevin also served as a Director at First Partners Bank before its acquisition by Progress Bank in July 2017. Kevin Kynerd obtained their B.S./MBA in Business Administration from Samford University's Brock School of Business.
