Andreas Ioannou

Andreas joined CommerzVentures in September 2022. He seeks visionary yet gritty founders who love details and at the same time execute to radically transform their industry.

Prior to CommerzVentures, Andreas gained immersive fintech experience at Deposit Solutions and Raisin. He worked with the product team to build out the platform, developed go-to-market strategy, and drove business development.

Andreas holds both a Bachelors and Masters in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge. His Masters thesis created stochastic models to predict the long-term behaviour of drag on LEO satellites.
