Andrew Doar

Andrew Doar has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Andrew started their career at ISN, where they worked as a Senior Associate, responsible for initiating and retaining accounts, pitching products to potential clients, handling customer complaints, and helping customers meet safety and compliance goals. Andrew then joined EcoBuilders as an Assistant Foreman, assisting with various aspects of the construction process, communicating with architects and interior designers, tracking progress, procuring materials, and ensuring job site safety. Most recently, Andrew worked at Common, starting as an Inside Sales Representative before progressing to roles such as Strategic Associate in Real Estate, B2B Marketing Manager, Senior B2B Marketing Manager, and currently as the Associate Director of Strategy + Investor Relations. Common is a residential brand and operator focused on redefining multifamily building management through technology, design, marketing, and operations. With significant VC investment and a expanding platform, Andrew has contributed to Common's growth and success.

Andrew Doar attended Poly Prep CDS from 2008 to 2012, where they received their high school diploma. From 2012 to 2016, they pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Princeton University. In July 2014, they obtained a Waterfront Lifeguard Certification from the American Red Cross.
