Jerrett Harris

Jerrett Harris has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Jerrett started their career as a Sales and Leasing Consultant at Fairfield Residential in 2003. Jerrett then worked as a Pre Flight Graphic Designer (freelance) at Duplium Corporation in 2006.

In 2013, Jerrett joined The Dinerstein Companies as an Assistant Property Manager, where they focused on customer service and resident communication. Jerrett then moved on to work at EdR in 2014 as a Resident Services Manager, handling various financial responsibilities and maintaining positive interactions with residents and retail tenants.

Jerrett also worked as an Office Manager at Starlight Media, LLC from 2014 to 2016. During this time, they played a crucial role in managing administrative tasks and supporting the company's operations.

In 2016, Jerrett joined Peak Campus as a General Manager. Jerrett was responsible for analyzing financial statements, overseeing staffing schedules, and managing the turnover process. Jerrett also developed and maintained positive relationships with a private institution and retailers.

From 2016 to 2019, Jerrett took on the role of Executive Director at Peak Campus. Their responsibilities included managing staff, enforcing resident retention programs, and implementing cost control and revenue improvement strategies. Jerrett also prepared budgets and marketing plans and effectively communicated operational and financial data to the Regional Manager.

Jerrett then worked at Onni Group of Companies as an Assistant General Manager (Multi-Site) from 2022 to 2023, before joining Common as a Business Manager in 2023.

Jerrett Harris attended the University of North Texas from 2001 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Radio Television and Film.
