Kelly McArdle

Kelly McArdle is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in youth programs, health promotion, and behavioral intervention. As the Senior Director of Opportunity Youth Programs at Commonpoint Queens since August 2020, Kelly has successfully conducted outreach and recruitment initiatives in multicultural urban environments, leveraging social media for effective communication. Previously, as a Community Health Promotor with the Peace Corps from June 2018 to August 2020, Kelly focused on improving health education, reducing the spread of malaria, and promoting family planning and maternal health in community settings. Earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant Behavioral Intervention Specialist at YAI Network, where responsibilities included supervising staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory mandates, and creating behavior change plans for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Kelly holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from Adelphi University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Psychology, Ethnic Studies, and Child Studies from Case Western Reserve University.
