Will Curtis

Will Curtis is the System Vice President, Philanthropy Technology and Innovation at CommonSpirit. Will has over 20 years of experience in technology and fundraising. Prior to joining CommonSpirit, they were the Director of Technology and Innovation at Dignity Health where they managed a portfolio of technology across their 29 foundations. Will has a proven track record of leading transformational change, motivating teams, setting targets, and delivering value. Will is adept at incorporating feedback and best practices to develop a product’s future vision and recommendations. Will is a strategic thinker who can see the big picture while also being able to get into the details when necessary. Will is a strong leader who knows how to solicit buy-in from senior leadership and drive roadmaps from concept to implementation. Will leverages technology to support strategy and has a team of four direct reports that they oversee.

Will Curtis earned their Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Business Management from Appalachian State University in 2010.
