Shiaoching Tse

Shiaoching (Ching) Tse is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in product and business development, particularly in the superconducting magnet sector at Commonwealth Fusion Systems since May 2018. In this role, Shiaoching assists in leading the first fusion power plant deal, manages superconducting magnet programs, and drives product and business lines. Additionally, Shiaoching serves as a Partner at FT Energy Partners, focusing on transformative energy projects, and as a Venture Partner at Alsop Louie Partners, supporting early-stage disruptive technology startups. Prior experiences include research at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology under a notable professor, founding a nonprofit organization aimed at combating food insecurity, and leading sustainability initiatives in education settings. Shiaoching holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
