Sean Haley

Sean Haley is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Partner and Chief Executive Officer at Bridgeway International since April 2021, and as Chief People Officer at CommuniCare Health Services since November 2019, Sean has a strong background in talent management and employee development. Previously, Sean held key roles at Swissport, overseeing HR for Latin America and the Caribbean, and contributed significantly at Triangle Services and Marriott Hotels. Sean's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from The City University of New York, and an Associate’s Degree in Hotel-Tourism Management from Manchester Community College.
