Neil Payne

Neil Payne is a seasoned web professional with extensive experience in web development and online management. Currently serving as a Senior Web Developer and Webmaster at the Communications Workers of America since December 2011, Neil has previously held positions including Web Designer at the Eighteenth Street Lounge and Technology & Online Manager at USAction, where Neil implemented and customized a WordPress CMS.
