Erin Marrero-Savoie

Erin Marrero-Savoie, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Erin is currently the Executive Director of Operations at Community Academies of New Orleans. Prior to this, they founded Phoenix Project Nola in 2017. Erin also worked as the Director of Alumni Engagement and Director of Regional Programs at Teach For America Greater New Orleans from 2020-2023. Before that, Erin served as the Recruitment Manager at KIPP New Orleans from 2018-2020. Erin was also the Director of Alumnae at Cabrini High School from 2017-2018. Earlier in their career, Erin held positions such as Operations Manager at Holiday Inn, Guest Service Manager at Hyatt Place, and Evening Manager and Front Desk Supervisor at Holiday Inn. Erin also worked as a Sales Manager at Hilton Garden Inn and interned at the Louisiana State Senate, Acadiana Delegation. Erin's work experience showcases their expertise in operations, management, recruitment, and alumni engagement.

Erin Marrero-Savoie, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business in 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Economics from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2012.
