Jerome Grant

IT Manager at Community Access

Jerome Grant is currently the IT Manager at Community Access. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Management Consultant at Capgemini Invent from May 2018 to July 2021. In this role, they were the Global Solution Compliance Lead for the Global Bank, responsible for developing and maintaining a regulatory approval framework to deploy and migrate to M365 cloud applications and critical business tools globally to 230,000+ users.

Before joining Capgemini Invent, Jerome worked as a Project Manager/Lead BA at a national UK bank, where they led the strategy and implementation for the Unstructured Data Op Model Workstream and managed a team of 4 to deliver a Target Operating Model Project within Group Customer Remediations.

Outside of their client work, Jerome is also the Founder and Chair of the Capgemini Race and Equality Network, an 800+ member group that works to promote diversity and inclusion within the company. Jerome has also been involved in multiple winning Sales & RFP processes, and has stood up FS proposition development squad to help define, structure and support the practice area in the development of new proposals, point of views, demonstrators and thought leadership.

Jerome Grant attended Wilsons Grammar School where they completed 3 A Levels in Economics, Maths, and Chemistry. Jerome also completed 11 GCSEs. Jerome then attended Brunel University London where they obtained a BSc in Economics and Management. Jerome has also obtained a certification from BCS in Foundation in Business Analysis.
