Lisa McGranahan

Lisa McGranahan is the current Director of HR at Community Action Partnership of Kern. Lisa has also worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at Amazon and as Chief of Learning and Professional Development at Clinica Sierra Vista. Lisa has extensive experience in developing and administering human resources plans and procedures, implementing and updating compensation programs, conducting annual salary surveys,Rewriting job descriptions, and managing a primary human resource function. Lisa is also skilled in liaison work with management and staff to discuss and resolve a variety of human resource issues. In addition, Lisa has a strong background in policy development and interpretation, and they are able to develop program proposals and procedures while also interpreting and applying diverse policies, rules, and regulations.

Lisa McGranahan has a Masters in Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Masters in Management Program from the University of Phoenix. Lisa also has certification from SHRM in SHRM-SCP.

They are on a team with James Burger - Outreach & Advocacy Coordinator, Carmen Segovia - Director, Health & Nutrition Services, and Yolanda Gonzales - Director, Head Start/State Child Development. Their manager is Jeremy Tobias, Chief Executive Officer.
