Douglas Dandurand has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Douglas currently holds the position of VP Commercial Banking at Community Bank System, Inc. Prior to this, Douglas worked as Vice President - Business Banking at Citizens from January 2017 to February 2020. Douglas also served as the Business Banking Team Leader - First Vice President at First Niagara Bank from May 2012 to June 2016. Before that, they were the Vice President - Business Banking Team Leader for Buffalo and Rochester, NY at HSBC from January 2010 to May 2012. Douglas began their career at Citibank as the Vice President - Branch Manager for New York, NY and Rochester, NY, and later worked as the Vice President - Private Bank at The Bank of New York.
Douglas Dandurand attended West Irondequoit High School from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Regents Diploma. Douglas then went on to St. Bonaventure University from 1990 to 1994, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. In 1996, they completed the Strobel Credit Training Program at The Bank of New York. Later, from 2008 to 2011, they attended the Consumer Bankers Association - Executive Banking School, specializing in the Retail School of Bank Management.
