Samantha Speaks

Samantha Speaks has a strong background in healthcare and operations management. Samantha is currently the Executive Director of Chicago Operations at The Community Blood Center. Previously, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Whole Woman's Health, LLC. Prior to that, they held various roles including Senior Director of Quality and Compliance at Vera Whole Health and Senior Healthcare Consultant at a self-employed company. Samantha has also held positions such as Director of Operations at Whole Woman's Health, LLC, Director of Training and Program Development at Hektoen Institute, LLC, Director of Patient Services at Planned Parenthood of Greater Orlando, and Director of Patient Services at Planned Parenthood of Alaska. Samantha started their career as the Associate Director of Surgical Services at Planned Parenthood of Metropolitan Washington, DC, Inc. Samantha has demonstrated a strong ability to oversee operations and ensure quality service delivery.

Samantha Speaks earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and a second Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communications from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Samantha attended the university from 1995 to 1999. Additionally, Samantha went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Medical Informatics at Northwestern University from 2010 to 2012.
