Wayne Covert

Wayne "Jabo" Covert has a comprehensive work history spanning several organizations and roles. Wayne "Jabo" began their career at McNair Law Firm in 1995, where they served as a Shareholder until 2000. In 2000, they joined Eli Lilly and Company as the Manager of Government Affairs. After four years, they transitioned to Jones Management/Check Into Cash, where they held the positions of Vice President-Government Affairs and later Senior Vice President-Government Affairs from 2004 to 2021. In 2021, Wayne joined Community Choice Financial, Inc. as the Senior Vice President of Government Affairs. Currently, they are a Partner at Capital Results, starting in 2023.

Wayne "Jabo" Covert holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of South Carolina. Wayne "Jabo" also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government from the same university.
