Regina Goldston

Regina Goldston has a diverse work experience in the field of social services and education. Regina started working as a Qualified Mental Retardation Professional (QMRP) at Ft. Beach Developmental Center in 2006, where they managed and ensured regulatory compliance for a non-profit facility. Regina also provided training, mentoring, and clinical supervision for the staff. From 2009 to 2010, they were a Program Manager at Community Residences, where they oversaw the day-to-day operations of an intermediate care facility and trained a team of staff members. Regina then worked as a Substitute Teacher at Stafford County Public Schools from 2010 to 2011, where they performed teaching duties and promoted positive interaction among students. Regina rejoined Community Residences as an Assistant Program Manager in 2011 and later became a Program Manager, transitioning the program to support higher medical needs clients. In 2014, Regina joined Community Concepts, Inc as a Senior Operations Manager and later became the Director of Operations. In these roles, they provided supervision, training, and support to staff and served as a liaison for families and external stakeholders.

Regina Goldston completed their education in a chronological manner. Regina obtained a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Strayer University starting in 2010 and finishing in 2012. Before that, they pursued a Master's degree in Public Administration at Troy University, from 2005 to 2007. Regina'sundergraduate education was at Morris College, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management between 2003 and 2005. In addition to their formal education, Regina also obtained the CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA in October 2020.
