Regina Goldston has a diverse work experience in the field of social services and education. Regina started working as a Qualified Mental Retardation Professional (QMRP) at Ft. Beach Developmental Center in 2006, where they managed and ensured regulatory compliance for a non-profit facility. Regina also provided training, mentoring, and clinical supervision for the staff. From 2009 to 2010, they were a Program Manager at Community Residences, where they oversaw the day-to-day operations of an intermediate care facility and trained a team of staff members. Regina then worked as a Substitute Teacher at Stafford County Public Schools from 2010 to 2011, where they performed teaching duties and promoted positive interaction among students. Regina rejoined Community Residences as an Assistant Program Manager in 2011 and later became a Program Manager, transitioning the program to support higher medical needs clients. In 2014, Regina joined Community Concepts, Inc as a Senior Operations Manager and later became the Director of Operations.
