Jelena Harba

Jelena Harba is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, risk management, and operational efficiency. Currently serving as the Senior Training & Development Leader at the Community Council of Idaho since August 2022, Jelena evaluates training effectiveness and coordinates staff development initiatives. Previous roles include Risk & Safety Coordinator at Ada County, where Jelena developed and evaluated safety programs, and Risk Operations Manager at the College of Western Idaho, responsible for reporting risk exposures to executives.
