Ahmed Samir Hagras

Ahmed Samir Hagras has extensive experience in management and legal affairs, currently serving as a Senior Officer Contracts Specialist at Dubai Customs since January 2015, where responsibilities include managing tenders and contracts. Simultaneously, Ahmed holds the position of Acting Manager and Head of the Case Management Section at the Community Development Authority since 2008, focusing on the development and implementation of strategic case management and monitoring key performance indicators. Previous roles include Senior Specialist and Senior Case Manager at the Community Development Authority, PA/Office Manager at the same organization, Secretary and Manager of the General Manager's Office at Beit Al Khair Society, Legal Affairs Lawyer at Al Forsan Company, and Free Lawyer at Farouk Ahmed Diab Legal Office. Ahmed holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Cairo University, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
