Terrence B. Williams, MSM, PsyD has a significant amount of experience in human resources and organizational development. Terrence B. recently served as the Vice President of Human Resources at the Community FoodBank of New Jersey. Prior to that, they worked at the ACLU as the Deputy Director of Human Resources, overseeing all aspects of HR and implementing talent and diversity strategies. Terrence B. also served as the Regional Human Resources Director at OTG Management, where they addressed operational challenges and managed cross-functional project teams. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at Johnson & Wales University, The New York Times, and a shared services center in Norfolk, VA. At The New York Times, they led the HR function, supported organizational growth, and implemented continuous improvement approaches. Throughout their career, Terrence has focused on talent management, diversity and inclusion, leadership development, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.

Terrence B. Williams, MSM, PsyD has pursued education in various fields to expand their knowledge and skills. Terrence B. obtained a PsyD degree in Leadership Psychology from William James College. Additionally, they earned a Master of Science (MS) in Management with a focus on Human Resources Development from Troy University. Terrence also holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management, which they obtained from Johnson & Wales University. Terrence B. has engaged in further studies at Northwestern University, where they focused on Organizational Leadership. Terrence has also pursued education at Penn State University, specializing in Lean Six Sigma.
