Cynthia Padilla Pearson

Cynthia Padilla Pearson is an experienced professional in victim advocacy and conflict management, currently serving as a Program Officer at the Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta since January 2023. As the Owner and Principal Consultant at Trauma & Conflict Consulting, LLC, since July 2020, Cynthia leads a dedicated team focused on providing actionable solutions through mediation, counseling, and legal support. Previously, Cynthia held the position of Program Manager at Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation, where responsibilities included supervising staff and managing victim services for survivors of intimate partner abuse. Cynthia's extensive background includes roles as a Legal Education & Outreach Coordinator and Legal Navigator, contributing a wealth of experience in training, outreach, and providing direct assistance to victims. With a solid foundation in the legal field, including experience as a Judicial Case Manager for Fulton County Government and roles as a Victim Advocate, Cynthia holds a Master of Science in Conflict Management from Kennesaw State University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Georgia State University.
