Kristy Arnold Ph.D., Ncc

Kristy Arnold, PhD, is the Director of Community Impact at Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta. Previously, Kristy served as the Executive Director at LIFT- DC, Inc., where Kristy worked to help low-income parents achieve economic mobility. With a strong background in counseling and education, Kristy has also held roles at organizations like DC Promise Neighborhood Initiative, Year Up, and as an Adjunct Professor at Virginia Tech and The George Washington University. Kristy holds a PhD in Counselor Education & Supervision from Virginia Tech and is dedicated to working towards breaking the cycle of intergenerational poverty.
