Esther Visser

Esther Visser currently serves as a Portfolio Officer and previously as a Funding Officer at The National Lottery Community Fund since October 2021, where responsibilities include assessing funding requests, managing grants, and liaising with stakeholders. Prior to this role, Esther worked as a Community Navigator for Children's Services Early Help at North Tyneside Council, focusing on preventative support for families. Experience also includes working as a Commis waiter at Côte Brasserie and as an Integration Coach at VluchtelingenWerk Drenthe, Friesland en Groningen, where assistance was provided to clients in aspects of integration and financial management. Earlier in the career, Esther interned as a teacher at Kidsclub de Semmelstee, focusing on educational activities and managing children with special needs. Esther holds a bachelor's degree in Social Work from Hanze University and a HAVO diploma in Culture and Society from RSG Simon Vestdijk.
