Rene Johnston

Rene Johnston is currently the Learning and Development Manager at CHAS Health since August 2021. Prior to that, Rene served as the VP of Training Development at Profitability Consulting Group from January 2011 to November 2021. Rene also owns and operates Employee Engagement Solutions (formerly RJI Training and Consulting) since June 2002, focusing on improving culture, retention, and profitability through engaging programs. With a Master of Adult Education in Human Resource Development from the University of Idaho, Rene has a background in education as an Instructor at Lewis-Clark State College from 2005 to 2013.
